I started in the construction industry as an electrical apprentice in 1984 in Little Rock, Arkansas. In central Arkansas I was fortunate enough to be involved with the wiring of a new testing facility at the National Center for Toxicological Research in Pine Bluff, AR. From there I received an offer in 1987 to go to San Diego, California to work as a “journeyman” electrician. I worked 9 years, in 10 different cities in the southern California region which has some of the most strictestly enforced building codes in America. In California I worked electrically on shopping centers, high rise hotels, manufacturing facilities, retail stores, restaurants, sewer plants, and even a state prison.
After moving to the Fayetteville, AR. in 1995, I fell in love with the area. I have been living here in northwest AR. ever since. I obtained my Arkansas Master Electrical License in 1997.
Since I’ve been in the NWA area I have performed electrical installations on the main Wal Mart home office computer floors, their distribution facilities, and I was in charge of wiring several more of their larger office buildings. My experience includes wiring many new homes, rewiring older homes, and rewiring several smaller businesses.
By working hand in hand with other construction tradesmen while performing work on the aforementioned electrical jobs, I gained a thorough knowledge of those trade requirements as well. I have also gained hands on experience in other construction trades by building a new house, a new 2000 square foot metal building, remodeling seven homes, two hair salons, while also building two new room additions. Inspecting and working on hundreds of homes in the NWA area.
Let me put my experience to work for you to help you make a more informed decision on your investment.
